Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and place parchment paper on pizza pan (12" wide).

In a bowl whisk egg.

Add the tapioca and coconut flour.

Pour in oil, warm water (avoid hot water as it may cook the egg) and mix all ingredients.

Spread the pizza dough with a spatula on pizza pan (dough will runny).

Bake first before adding toppings.
Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on how crispy you would like the crust to be. Once it's to you liking add your favorite toppings.

*Tip: I like to use a pizza dish with holes to get a crispy crust.
